Wave of the future, July 11, 1986 [sound recording].

The collection consists of one 90-minute audio cassette tape recording of a lecture entitled, "Wave of the Future" given by Walter H. Munk on July 11, 1986. The lecture was presented to Scripps Aquarium Associates at their evening meeting. The audio recording is poor quality and sometimes difficult to understand. Opening remarks were presented by Donald W. Wilkie, followed by Edward A. Frieman and UCSD Chancellor Richard C. Atkinson. Dr. Atkinson was followed by William A. Nierenberg, who introduced Dr. Munk.
